Terms and Conditions

 WHEN CHARGES APPLY

Checkout currency is in USD ( U.S. Dollar). Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the order total on the date and time you will place the order. This means funds will be deducted immediately if you pay using Paypal or an authorization will be placed on your credit/debit card which can take approximately 2- 3 business days to show up as approved charge on your credit/ debit card statement.

When you are on a different currency, your bank may charge you conversion fee since your paying USD. Aspire to Inspire NZ is not accountable nor has any control of that, contact your bank if you have questions regarding this.

ORDER PROCESSING

Because of spikes in orders, it may take 2-7 business days for your order/s to be shipped out. This will include quality check, bubble wrapping your order/s before shipping service picks up the order. Normally you should receive your orders in two weeks after it has been shipped but since processing is different in every country, allow a maximum of 60 working days for your orders to be delivered before contacting us.

ORDER POLICY

Items in the cart are not reserved unless paid.

If you order more than one product, different products will be delivered to you one by one and may take 14- 60 business days to be delivered (depending on your country/ courier).

Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your orders.

NOTE: Aspire to Inspire NZ are fashion accessories that WILL TARNISH depending on use and your body’s PH, thus tarnished products after a customer have used them are not considered as damaged goods nor shortages and NO REFUND will be made.

Aspire to Inspire NZ is not responsible for lost and stolen packages so make sure to monitor the provided tracking number. We are also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers our carrier to local carrier in your country or air or ground transportation strikes or delays nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left the country.
